This is an RLC bridge that measures inductance by setting up a resonate circuit that includes an external capacitor or inductor.
You change the frequency of an internal oscillator to create a resonance with the unknown component.
The dial shows the capacitance or inductance that would produce the resonance.
The unit is in good condition, works and includes the power cord and the short leads for the unknown.
I just don’t need it anymore.
