    Description

    TWO SIMPSON VOLT/Ohm METERS.
    The 260 is non functional as it appears that the needle gauge is defective.
    The 270 works on all settings but the resistance readings are incorrect, especially on the Rx1 range
    I am including a schematic for the 270
