Condition: Item obtained at Business close-out. Item was from inventory of Long Beach Naval Shipyard and is marked on its lid with "LBNS 06-3571". Tester box has significant scratches/dings/scrapes on its outer surface, see Pictures. But the meter panel, controls and cables inside the box are in very good condition. Tester was not functional when this seller first examined it. The Instruction Manual (furnished) stated to check/replace the D-cell battery under the panel. Seller found that there was no battery at all, so he installed a battery and the Tester then passed the 'Preliminary Check' as defined in the Manual and on the inside of the lid (It was extracted and posted in Pictures). NO further testing was done by this seller. In addition to the LBNS information on the outside of the lid, there is also "C.D. Prehoda AO 259376" engraved into it. There is also "51-3" marked into the front panel below the handle but it's difficult to see.
