This eBay listing is for a used Vishay Instruments Inc switch and balance unit model SB-1 that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above in nice condition.   I'm not sure on how to test this type of unit but if it's easy and you want to reach out to me and let me know, I'll be happy to check for you.   The overall size is 9" across, 7" deep and 6" tall, not counting the handle on top.   The weight is 5.4 pounds.
